The Staymate guest app offers guests comprehensive digital support during their stay. Accessible without downloading the app, it provides up-to-date information on restaurant and reception opening times, excursion tips and events directly to your smartphone. You can also use the app to communicate with the hotel team and make individual service requests. This makes your stay at the Stofflerwirt even more comfortable and personal.
Mobility & Arrival
Since 1 May 2025, all overnight guests in the province of Salzburg have automatically received the Guest Mobility Ticket – a public transport ticket that entitles them to free use of all public transport in the province during their entire stay as well as on arrival and departure. The ticket is provided directly at check-in or already at pre-check-in – without an additional app.
