FAQ's

• Separate smoking and non-smoking dining room 
• In order to avoid any errors, please note that drinks are billed daily for tour groups and other guests who are staying only a few days.
• During the night there is a drinks machine outside of the ski room for your convenience.
• Info, maps and brochures for area attractions are available in our reception area 
• Broadband Internet and telephone are charged extra 
• In order to protect your car from the elements, we do have a carport available for a fee of Euro 1.50/day.
• During your Mur bike tour, you can park your car in the carport for a flat rate of Euro 15.
• Dogs are permitted. Charge per day: 5.00 € (excl. food)
• Check-in is possible after 2pm 
• On departure day, please vacate your room by 10am 
• We would also be happy to give you late check-out (prior to 4pm) - the extra charge is Euro 25 - this is only possible in summer!
• For your loved-ones back home, we would be happy to issue you gift certificates for hotel stays, as well as for incidental services such as massages, whirlpool, tanning studio or even golf greens fees. You can also obtain Polo shirts and children's T-shirts. 15% discounts are offered on gift certificates.
• You can pay your hotel bill either in cash, with your EC Card, VISA or MasterCard 
• Any tourism taxes are charged separately
